Description: A 69-year old female patient presented with low back pain and pain in the left leg for three years. The pain is getting worse constantly. The symptoms increase when sitting and lying down and decrease when standing. Epidural injections have offered some but not complete relief. No numbness, weakness or neurologic deficits are reported. MRI showed spondylolisthesis L4/5.
