After he had stepped down from his position as Executive Director with effect from December 31, 2018, Werner Korb now also resigned as a shareholder of the Realists Training Technologies GmbH. This step was taken in good conscience of all involved parties and was a logical consequence of his decision to withdraw from the management and operational processes of the company. In appreciation of his contributions to the development of the technology and business model of Realists Training Technologies GmbH, Werner Korb and the Realists Training Technologies GmbH will continue to remain in close contact. As of January 01, 2019, Luis Bernal is the sole Executive Director of the company. Together with Luis Bernal, Werner Korb was in the position of Executive Director of the Realists Training Technologies GmbH since the founding of the company in 2015. Omar Torres, who was appointed as Authorized Officer on January 01, 2019, and has been the Operations Manager for many years, will continue to support Luis Bernal with his experience and commitment. We are also pleased to welcome Eric Pawlitzky as new shareholder of the Realists Training Technologies GmbH. Omar Torres, who already hold shares in the company, expanded his shareholding. Eric Pawlitzky, who is a lawyer and Executive Director of a tax consulting firm, has been taking care of legal and strategic matters since the founding of the Realists Training Technologies GmbH.
